Job Summary
A non-profit global development organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Review of the Singapore Policy Centre on Public Service Excellence Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Conduct and in-depth review of the organization based on relevant documentation
- Create and present a 20-25-page report on the key issues outlined in the review
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to New York for 3 days and to Singapore for 3 days
- Master’s degree in public administration, law, political science, finance, economics, international relations, development studies, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years work experience in development programming, policy or research
- A prior record of conducting organizational assessments or programme reviews/evaluations
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation
