Job Summary
A not-for profit organisation is filling a position for a Telecommute International Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing a strong rapport with hiring managers at headquarters and in field offices
- Guiding the hiring managers through the talent management process where needed
- Screening online applications
Required Skills:
- Minimum of five years of related experience in an international NGO
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Full cycle talent recruitment experience in the international non-profit sector
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with other employees
- Proven ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to use creativity, reasoning, past experience, information and available resources to resolve issues
