Job Summary

A not-for profit organisation is filling a position for a Telecommute International Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing a strong rapport with hiring managers at headquarters and in field offices
  • Guiding the hiring managers through the talent management process where needed
  • Screening online applications

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of five years of related experience in an international NGO
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Full cycle talent recruitment experience in the international non-profit sector
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with other employees
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to use creativity, reasoning, past experience, information and available resources to resolve issues
