Job Summary
An internet services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Internet Service Fraud Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring numerous real-time queues and prioritize risky transactions and other abuse for manual review
- Researching spam, fraud and user behavior to contribute to machine learning models, rules and other detection systems
- Maintaining strong domain knowledge of the worlds of spam and fraud including prevention techniques and technologies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA or BS Degree or higher
- Familiarity with Internet technologies and protocols to understand how they can be manipulated
- Proven strength in analysis
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated decision-making skills
- Ability to spot patterns and formalize complex ideas into a well-defined process
