Job Summary
A hospice company has a current position open for a Telecommute Interviewing Talent Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Post all open positions in online job boards and professional organizations
- Organize all interviews for candidates whether by phone or face-to-face
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to conduct onsite interviewing and attend career fairs
- 3 years of human resource recruiting
- 1-2 years of human resource experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of an HRIS system
