Job Summary
An equipment appraisals company is in need of a Telecommute IronGuides Construction Editor in Franklin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing sales transactions and values
- Analyze and approve used Construction Equipment (CE) sales transactions
- Follow-up with reporting dealers to assure complete accurate sales reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related area preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the heavy equipment construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the construction heavy equipment, including commonly used equipment nomenclature
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with construction dealers and OEMs
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software applications
