Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Issue Management Transaction Analyst IV.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Obtaining and analyzing data to resolve internal and external customer issues
  • Designing and communicating educational needs to internal and external customers
  • Leading in projects, work groups, and/or external pilot activities

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to travel to multiple locations for work
  • 4+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with e-tool capabilities
  • Experience working/troubleshooting with EDI, e-Tools, and provider self-service capabilities and all electronic HIPAA transactions
