Job Summary
A staffing firm is filling a position for a Telecommute IT Architect in Glen Allen.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being a hands-on architect as needed to drive detailed and evolutionary designs
- Functioning as an effective coach and mentor to other IT architects
- Leading a team of IT architects and other technologists and drive architecture efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expert in modern technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, etc
- Demonstrated problem solving techniques
- Must have strong understanding of full stack development
- Will oversee the Software Engineer and Data and Integration Engineer
- 6 years related experience including a minimum of 3 years of designing, building and maintaining software in IT
- Strong coaching capability
