Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute IT Business Management Process Consultant in Philadelphia.
Must be able to:
- Document current state business processes
- Plan and facilitate workshops with customers
- Create roadmaps to move from current state to future state
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with process definition, process improvement and process re-engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with requirements discovery and documentation of business and functional requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with process areas (example ITSM, CSM, HR)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with leading process workshops
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, time management and organizational skills
