Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute IT Call Center Operations Analyst in Minneapolis.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate discussions to screen for Express migration opportunities
- Perform conceptual, data and gap analysis
- Provide recommendations resulting in business process improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- Remote during pandemic
- Experience with MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, Sharepoint, and Visio
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc
- Contact Center experience within a large enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Genesys call center tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
