Job Summary

A technology performance company has an open position for a Telecommute IT Change Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, updating and maintaining change management processes/procedures
  • Conducting change impact and readiness assessments
  • Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of change activities/engagements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Onsite support will be required as requested by customer
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 8 - 10 years of Information Technology (IT), systems engineering or related technical discipline experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior IT Change Manager,
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of process development and management
  • Experience identifying inefficient change management practices and developing best practice solutions
