Job Summary
A technology performance company has an open position for a Telecommute IT Change Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, updating and maintaining change management processes/procedures
- Conducting change impact and readiness assessments
- Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of change activities/engagements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Onsite support will be required as requested by customer
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 8 - 10 years of Information Technology (IT), systems engineering or related technical discipline experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior IT Change Manager,
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of process development and management
- Experience identifying inefficient change management practices and developing best practice solutions
