Job Summary

An IT and services company is seeking a Telecommute Client Service Associate Manager in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a strategic client partner and trusted advisor to key and complex clients
  • Managing the overall success of client projects, from setup to analysis, report writing to presentation delivery
  • Leading client meetings and own client relationships on a project-to-project basis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to manage client expectations through the life-cycle of a project
  • Ability to drive successful innovation outcomes for clients
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 year experience in market research or sales
  • Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude Strong Marketing/Research background
  • Relevant experience with research techniques & experimental design
