Job Summary

An insurance provider is seeking a Telecommute IT Client Services Technician in Traverse City.

Must be able to:

  • Provide all levels support for end-user computing systems
  • Dismantle, troubleshoot, successfully repair, and reassemble technology hardware
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to assist in supporting Audio/Visual systems throughout the Traverse City location
  • A passion for technology and strong personal drive to continually learn
  • 3-5 years’ experience in corporate IT services and support
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Macintosh systems in a networked environment
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
