Job Summary
A provider of digital product design is in need of a Telecommute IT Customer Advocate.
Must be able to:
- Directly respond to customer inquiries and requests and escalate to appropriate teams or individuals
- Prioritize and respond to customer support inquiries regarding the product, functionality, account management, and billing
- Share industry best practices on web/mobile design tools with clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with technical and product support to those of varying technical fluencies
- Experience with designers or other creative professionals and understand their needs
- Experience in customer support or account management, preferably in a SaaS B2B setting
- Located in the Central time zones across North America to help provide coverage for our customers in the US
- Weekend availability and flexibility to help ensure our customers are always assisted regardless of when they reach out
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
