An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute IT Customer Service Representative in Tucson.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Build lasting relationships with clients and customers
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
- Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
- You have the flexibility to work any shift, including nights and especially weekends.
- A dedicated workspace that is located within your own residence that is quiet
- Must supply and support their own computer hardware, software, and internet
- Meet all technical requirements outlined by the employer
