An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute IT Customer Service Representative in Tucson.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and customers
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
  • You have the flexibility to work any shift, including nights and especially weekends.
  • A dedicated workspace that is located within your own residence that is quiet
  • Must supply and support their own computer hardware, software, and internet
  • Meet all technical requirements outlined by the employer
