Job Summary

A technology solutions company is in need of a Telecommute IT Desk Support Center Analyst in Lakewood.

Must be able to:

  • Owning, tracking and resolving IT incidents and requests
  • Troubleshooting, Software Installation and How-To Customer Support
  • Fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs on a daily basis

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HDI Analyst Certification (e.g. CSA, SCA, DST, etc.) - required within 90 business days of hire
  • Two (2)+ years experience in an high volume enterprise level call center, help desk, or service desk operation
  • Enterprise ticketing application experience
  • Active listening skills and effective communication strategies
