Job Summary
A technology solutions company is in need of a Telecommute IT Desk Support Center Analyst in Lakewood.
Must be able to:
- Owning, tracking and resolving IT incidents and requests
- Troubleshooting, Software Installation and How-To Customer Support
- Fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs on a daily basis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HDI Analyst Certification (e.g. CSA, SCA, DST, etc.) - required within 90 business days of hire
- Two (2)+ years experience in an high volume enterprise level call center, help desk, or service desk operation
- Enterprise ticketing application experience
- Active listening skills and effective communication strategies
