Job Summary
A consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommute IT Engineering Services Technician in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing direct one-on-one phone based, chat based, and on-site support to clients
- Characterizing and diagnosing customer problems
- Resolving and closing service incidents or escalate them as appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to provide onsite support to Dallas area customers when physical presence is required
- Minimum 8 Years Experience in IT, with 2+ year experience as a senior level technician
- Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Infrastructure Design and Deployment
- 2-year degree with Information Technologies focus, or equivalent experience
