Job Summary

An IT company is filling a position for a Telecommute IT Engineering Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Manage, mentor, and lead a distributed team of 10 to 15 experienced Engineers
  • Manage multiple software projects simultaneously
  • Work with Product Management to define requirements

Required Skills:

  • BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience leading teams of software engineers
  • 5+ years as a software engineer (Java, Ruby, Scala, C#, or Python) so you understand the core principles of the engineering work that is going on in your team
  • A heart in the right place, and a genuine interest in the people you work with
