Job Summary

A business transformation and cloud delivery technology organization is seeking a Telecommute IT Managed Services Director in Reston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conveying action plans and issue resolutions to customers
  • Performing hands-on task for all application support requirements
  • Managing relationship with key business partners and vendors, including vendor contracts

Qualifications Include:

  • 20% US travel for sales and marketing related activities
  • 7+ years of enterprise IT operational experience
  • 3+ years of experience within a managed services environment as a manager or lead
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft system and database administration
  • Familiarity with Operational, Privacy, Security and Federal Compliance regulations/guidelines
  • Technically savvy / self-motivated individual, detail-oriented and results driven
