Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute IT Program Advisor in Santa Clara.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a Trusted Advisor
  • Providing and/or helping to establish and execute best practice business processes
  • Maintaining practitioner knowledge of the platform, and processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in service management, service delivery, or related field
  • Extensive enterprise consulting experience
  • Experience in leading and managing business transformation for mid to large sized organization
  • Experience as a Program Director and/or CTO/CIO in a mid to large sized organization
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
