An IT and computer services company is in need of a Telecommute IT Recruiting Research Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and mentor a high-quality research team to support and meet the significant hiring needs
- Own talent mapping and organizational structure mapping
- Create and own a database of companies, skills, and people relevant to company's talent projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years sourcing/leadership research experience
- Possesses significant internet research experience
- Significant experience extracting insights and information from a variety of sources
- Ability to distill and communicate insights from large data sets and complex sources
- Proven experience overseeing high volume recruiting research and project support
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
