An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute IT Security Engineer in Nashville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recommending, designing, implementing, and operationally supporting Information Security solutions
- Working with firewalls, data loss prevention, anti-virus, patching and proxy servers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6 or more years of work experience in IT Security or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CISSP
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of information security principles
- Knowledge of network infrastructure
- Experience developing, documenting and maintaining security procedures
