A technology integrator has an open position for a Telecommute IT Service Delivery Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify process bottlenecks and potential improvements

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10% travel
  • 9 years business process analysis experience
  • 2 years supporting IT Operations
  • 2 years in a leadership role
  • 3 additional years of IT related experience if no degree attainment
  • ITIL Foundations certification
