Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting agency has an open position for a Telecommute IT Service Desk Representative in Pittston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer’s end users
- Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff
- Administer and provide User account provisioning
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with troubleshooting client software and basic network connectivity problems
- Experience with identifying, evaluating and prioritizing customer problems and complaints
- Ability to respond to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users
- Experience with assigning work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure
