Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute IT Service Management and Compliance Analyst Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining an organization of high performing and engaged employees
- Managing action items related to the strategic direction
- Acting as a point of escalation within the organization
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Three years of technology and related management experience
- Three years of experience working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels
- ITIL v3 certification, or formal training in ITIL/ITSM
- Customer service skills with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving skills
