An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute IT Service Manager Subject Matter Expert.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate, standardize, and lead all ITIL process management activities
- Produce Problem Management reports and management information
- Ensure Continuous Service Improvement is executed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel by land or air transportation 25%
- Information Assurance Certification: IAM I
- Education: Bachelors 7+ years' experience
- Clearance: Secret
