Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute IT Service Portfolio and Catalog Director in Raritan.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and implementing a lean governance process for the management of IT services and products in pipeline, catalog, and retirement stages
- Developing a framework for shaping the IT Service Portfolio and lifecycle management using ServiceNow Service Portfolio Module
- Ensuring service performance metrics are being met and business value is being maximized
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years related IT Experience
- ITSM (IT service management) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) knowledge and experience
- Ability to present effectively at all levels across the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
