Job Summary
A staffing firm is seeking a Telecommute IT Services Customer Service Representative in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with customers about their service request or accounts
- Documenting all contact and conversations with customers, including follow ups
- Partnering with other departments to complete customer requests as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of experience working in a call center or customer service experience
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Must have working internet at home to be able to operate remotely
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working within a computer system
- Ability to work independently
