Job Summary

A staffing firm is seeking a Telecommute IT Services Customer Service Representative in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating with customers about their service request or accounts
  • Documenting all contact and conversations with customers, including follow ups
  • Partnering with other departments to complete customer requests as needed

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a call center or customer service experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Must have working internet at home to be able to operate remotely
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience working within a computer system
  • Ability to work independently
