Job Summary
A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute IT Solutions Technician in Owings Mills.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting the IT needs of company’s internal teammates
- Supporting the ongoing needs and provisioning for computers and accounts
- Implementing processes and systems as needed to track licensing, track assets, secure our infrastructure and intellectual property, and provide regular reports and projections on IT budget
Position Requirements Include:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT roles
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Windows and MacOS
- Experience with Zendesk a plus
- Ability to work closely with our security and compliance team, the Specialist will evidence compliance with SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO-27001 guidelines
- Ability to implement and manage an endpoint and mobile device management solutions
