Job Summary
A transportation management software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute IT Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Escalate issues as necessary to appropriate support group
- Create and track help desk tickets in the system to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution to issues
- Perform necessary tasks needed to maintain IT service level agreements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with Intune & Azure Endpoint Manager
- Considerable knowledge of managing Office 365 and other related cloud solutions
- Virtual Desktop Experience - VDI (VMware, Windows 365)
- Remote Management & Monitoring tools knowledge (Datto, Ninja RMM)
