Job Summary

An IT support solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute IT Support Product Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning design for a product pod
• Conceiving and delivering the right features for our users and business
• Conducting user research that guides product strategy and design decisions

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of Product Design experience with a proven record of delivering excellent work
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work
• Experience conducting user research and leveraging data to guide your designs
• Experience working as part of a product team in an agile environment
• Expertise with design and prototyping software and the facility to learn new tools
• Working knowledge of front-end development to aid in scoping solutions
