  • Following, assessing, and creating onboarding policies and procedures
  • Creating and supplementing technical documentation
  • Supporting and resolving user requests of our SaaS applications

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2 years of of progressive IT experience and responsibility
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Mac OS and Windows platforms
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting iOS & Android mobile devices.
  • Experience in a fast paced customer facing environment
