- Following, assessing, and creating onboarding policies and procedures
- Creating and supplementing technical documentation
- Supporting and resolving user requests of our SaaS applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 years of of progressive IT experience and responsibility
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Mac OS and Windows platforms
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting iOS & Android mobile devices.
- Experience in a fast paced customer facing environment
