Job Summary

A benefits administration and HR software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute IT Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking support via Ticketing System
  • Providing accounts and taking lead on the IT onboarding/offboarding process for all offices
  • Performing IT orientations for new-hires and guiding users through applications and desktop setup

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in desktop support for Mac and Windows
  • Great, positive attitude with user focus and eagerness to resolve issues
  • Experience supporting Cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and ability to troubleshoot desktop networking issues
  • Experience with desktop security, encryption and anti-virus tools
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
