Job Summary
A benefits administration and HR software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute IT Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking support via Ticketing System
- Providing accounts and taking lead on the IT onboarding/offboarding process for all offices
- Performing IT orientations for new-hires and guiding users through applications and desktop setup
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of proven work experience in desktop support for Mac and Windows
- Great, positive attitude with user focus and eagerness to resolve issues
- Experience supporting Cloud technologies
- Knowledge of networking technologies and ability to troubleshoot desktop networking issues
- Experience with desktop security, encryption and anti-virus tools
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
