Job Summary
An equipment company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute IT Systems Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems with systems
- Coordinating with technical support and outside consultants
- Coordinating the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of applications, databases, and servers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA degree in Information Systems or related field
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience in support of Infor SyteLine platform
- Deep understanding of ION, EPAK, Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak and workbench suites
- Must have understanding and ability to write complex SQL
- Expertise with CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) core applications (9.x, 8.02)
- Expertise with configuring APS and with all company-required technologies
