Job Summary
A college is seeking a Telecommute IT Undergraduate Faculty Manager .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 15-20 Program Mentors
- Be responsible for the development, inspiration and performance of your team
- Be responsible for delivering exceptional team results while delivering innovative solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Master’s degree in IT related field required
- 3-5 years’ experience managing a team of at least 10 full-time direct reports
- Experience building effective teams by leveraging, coaching and mentoring
- Must meet all listed company requirements
