Job Summary

A car rental and transportation services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Java Software Engineer in Saint Louis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining solutions that allow Revenue Managers to grow and maintain competitive business strategies, in an ever-growing global market
  • Applying your technical knowledge of professional concepts to solve business problems
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in their area of focus and represent their department on complex assignments

Required Skills:

  • Present authorization to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing software applications using Java or other object oriented programming languages
  • Experience with designing and implementing multi-tier applications usingJava, J2EE, JDBC, JSP, JSTL, HTL, JSF, Struts, JavaScript, Servlets, JavaBeans, CSS, EJB, XSLT, JAXB
  • Experience in full life-cycledevelopment and end-to-end testing
  • Demonstrated commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
