Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Telecommute Java Application Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the estimation process, resource allocation and delivery of changes to applications/platforms based on gathered requirements
  • Manage applications/platforms and development resources in order to deliver value to the business partners
  • Enforce coding standards, appropriate logging, build-out of unit test cases and perform code review to ensure application/platform stability

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience with end-to-end design of JEE applications
  • Hands-on development manager experience is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 7+ years’ experience with Java/JEE, Spring/Struts, Servlet, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, Web Services SOAP/REST, Hibernate, EJB
  • Experience working with relational data bases such Oracle
