Job Summary
A strategic insight firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Java Developer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, enhancing and supporting new and existing Web applications and software in both front- and back-end
- Enhancing existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an approach, and identifying areas for modification
- Ensuring best performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications in order to support high-traffic
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience architecting solutions, or working closely with a technical architect, in a .NET environment
- Up to date on the latest best practices and technologies, and want to learn more
- Currently working as mid-level developer or with good foundational experience and excited to take the next step in career
- Internally-motivated self-starter who continuously strives to get things done, regardless of challenges encountered
- Critical thinker, able to understand and respond to complex questions or issues that may arise
- Successfully manages time and multiple competing priorities in order to ensure deadlines are always met
