Job Summary
A broadcast and e-commerce retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Jewelry Customer Service Agent in Knoxville.
Must be able to:
- Answer and respond to continuously incoming customer calls
- Efficiently communicate and document customer account information
- Effectively complete outbound customer follow-up calls as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must complete 8 weeks of paid in-person training at office
- Strong previous attendance history
- Ability to connect with customers using active listening skills
- Proficient computer, data entry, and online navigation skills
- Strong mitigation and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work well independently
