Job Summary

A broadcast and e-commerce retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Jewelry Customer Service Agent in Knoxville.

Must be able to:

  • Answer and respond to continuously incoming customer calls
  • Efficiently communicate and document customer account information
  • Effectively complete outbound customer follow-up calls as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
