Job Summary

A testing services company is in need of a Telecommute Job Analysis Psychometrician.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Design and conduct job analysis studies, including surveys and focus groups
• Develop exam specifications and facilitate exam development committee meetings
• Conduct training for item writers and monitor their progress toward writing assignments

Qualifications Include:

• Able to travel up to 30%
• Ph.D. in Educational Measurement, Quantitative Research Methods, or related discipline
• 4 years of experience in test development and psychometric methods
• OR a master’s degree in one of the above disciplines with 2+ years of additional experience
• Graduate training and experience in psychometrics, advanced statistical methods, test development, etc
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, or R)
