A human resources technology company is in need of a Telecommute Job Search Expert in the Indianapolis Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting clients via telephone and email through their career transition
- Expertly coaching clients on their job search strategy
- Providing services including mock interviews, interview preparation, video interviewing, offer evaluation and salary negotiation coaching, information on networking best practices, LinkedIn and other support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to commute toIndianapolis, Indiana
- 3 + years experience coaching professionals
- Bachelor’s Degree a must
- Excellent communication (written and oral), listening, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Demonstrate a proficiency for managing administrative tasks crucial to being successful in the role
- Excellent rapport building skills – a “natural ability” to make clients feel cared about
