Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Joint Venture Human Resources Generalist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle management process
- Owning onboarding to offboarding process
- Creating offer letters and compensation agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel may be required
- Broad knowledge of HR functional disciplines
- Understanding of business / financial fundamentals
- 2-5- years of experience in Human Resources
- Organizational and project management skills
- Ability to serve as spokesperson and role model for ethics and corporate values
