Job Summary

An IT company is in need of a Telecommute Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing phone, remote, and desk-side technical support to users of e-mail, desktop applications, etc.
  • Responding to trouble tickets to resolve user problems
  • Providing personal computer support, problem analysis, and hardware/software installation and configuration

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: AA degree
  • Minimum Work Experience: 1 - 2 yr
  • Able to provide Help Desk assistance
  • Comfortable contacting hardware and software vendor representatives
