Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Telecommute Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing phone, remote, and desk-side technical support to users of e-mail, desktop applications, etc.
- Responding to trouble tickets to resolve user problems
- Providing personal computer support, problem analysis, and hardware/software installation and configuration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: AA degree
- Minimum Work Experience: 1 - 2 yr
- Able to provide Help Desk assistance
- Comfortable contacting hardware and software vendor representatives
