Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Junior Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing comprehensive data analytics, reporting and timely responses to ad hoc data calls
  • Leading and managing data mining projects, analyzing problems and making oral presentation
  • Proactively coordinating communication and collaboration among Contact Center workstreams

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor degree in a related technical discipline  
  • HDI Customer Service Representative Certification or ability to obtain one
  • 5 years of experience that depict clear and detailed hands-on experience in ACD and IVR
  • WFM systems and software
  • Knowledge base systems and software
  • QA analysis software
