A Social Media Analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Junior Customer Success Manager in Santa Clara.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical product support and product expertise to all customers
  • Managing and improving the customer support process
  • Working as a liaison between the customers and the development team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel 1 to 2 times per year for internal company and/or team onsite
  • BS or BA Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Social Media related technologies
  • Proven track record of delivering client solutions
