A Social Media Analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Junior Customer Success Manager in Santa Clara.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical product support and product expertise to all customers
- Managing and improving the customer support process
- Working as a liaison between the customers and the development team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 1 to 2 times per year for internal company and/or team onsite
- BS or BA Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media related technologies
