Job Summary

A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Junior Healthcare Technology Commercial Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate in projects to improve contracting process
• Assist with the design and implementation of legal forms and processes
• Communicate risks and explain contract language and terminology

Required Skills:

• JD and bar admission in at least 1 U.S. state
• 2+ years of experience in contracting, drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial transactions
• Experience building and maintaining rapport with leaders, team members, employees, and external company contacts
• Solid business acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Strong writing skills
