Job Summary
A human resources technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Junior Human Resource Technology Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the success of our customers
- Use data to accelerate customer goals
- Document customer pain points, advocate for them internally to influence product changes
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience as a customer success manager or account manager at a SaaS company, presenting to senior leaders
- Familiarity with customer success tool like Vitally, Hubspot, or Gainsight
- Familiarity with how recruiting teams are structured and the recruiting process
- Ability to lead the renewal process
- Ability to provide group and individual user informational and training sessions
- Ability to partner internally with Technical Account Managers to resolve technical challenges
