A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Junior Information Technology Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring proper recording, documentation and closure of issues
- Providing technical and troubleshooting assistance
- Following up with customers and providing feedback to ensure issues have been resolved
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of Help Desk experience
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016
- Experience with Active Directory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of issues
