Job Summary
A medical services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Junior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing all candidates an exceptional and memorable experience at every touchpoint in the hiring process
- Being trusted recruitment advisor for our hiring teams, understanding their needs & translating needs into a structured hiring process
- Managing full cycle recruiting from role development to candidate outreach & screening to offer recommendations for searches
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related business discipline, or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
- A minimum 1-3 years full cycle recruiting experience
- Proficiency using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of general recruiting practices and procedures
