Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Junior Salesforce Administrator in Beverly.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- performing system and user administration including periodic updates, user support and diagnosis/resolution of end user issues
- developing and maintaining processes, features and functionality to continually improve data quality, process integrity and productivity
- developing change management programs to ensure effective implementation of new products and functionality
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business or commensurate experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a technical role, preferred business or system analyst with an emphasis on system configuration and design Knowledge
- Familiar with Payroll systems, Hubspot and project management systems
- Strong written and presentation skills; proven ability to train others and interact with all levels of management
- Experience with Salesforce administration
- Ability to drive project timelines to completions with a cross-functional team
