Job Summary

A company that maintains an online social gaming network is seeking a Telecommute Junior Social Gaming Talent Sourcer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with hiring teams to formulate recruitment strategy to fill vacancies in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Sourcing candidates for a variety of roles (Tech and non tech) from diverse talent pools
  • Supporting recruiters with application reviews and initial phone screens

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in the talent acquisition space with modern, best-of-breed tools (ATS systems, Linkedin Recruiter, SeekOut etc.)
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring teams to formulate recruitment strategy to fill vacancies in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Ability to source candidates for a variety of roles (Tech and non tech) from diverse talent pools
  • Ability to build talent pipelines in our CRM and engage with candidates through regular drip campaigns
  • Ability to support recruiters with application reviews and initial phone screens
